HOW LONG DOES A SESSION TAKE?
A Rapid Transformational Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason we ask that you block a full 2 hours in your schedule to make sure you're not rushed.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
The experience feels different for different people. Some feel a floating sensation, while others may feel sleepy. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What's important to know is that how you feel isn't an indicator of how effective the session is. Regardless of what it feels like--it is still working, and you can take THAT to the bank!
CAN I GET 'STUCK' IN HYPNOSIS?
No! That's an old wive's tale perpetuated in the movies. You have complete control the entire time. You can walk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up to use the restroom! If you are really relaxed you may even drift into sleep.
HOW DOES RTT WORK?
Hypnosis is not magic--it is science! It works by
creating a burst of brain waves that are the
same as when you're in REM (rapid eye
movement). This enables you to access the
subconscious mind. It is very easy to do and
anyone can do it. You'll see for yourself when
you do it too!
WHAT IF I DON'T 'GO DEEP' ENOUGH?
Don't worry about how deep you go. Forget about it. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. Just tell yourself "This is working" and it will absolutely work.
WHAT IF I THINK I ALREADY KNOW THE REASONS BEHIND MY ISSUE?
What makes RTT amazing is that even when you think you know the reason, you see it in a completely new way, That's what allows you to change the meaning surrounding your beliefs and ultimately the beliefs themselves. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
WHAT IF I GO BACK TO SCENES THAT ARE PAINFUL OR SCARY?
When there are scenes from your life that involve sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, it's important to remember that you are NOT reliving that scene. You are reviewing it, and you are safe. You cannot heal what you don't feel. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions in order to heal. You will be OK.
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE CHANGES?
Every person is different, and depending on the complexity of the issue, each person will have a different experience. In general, there are three types of change from RTT:
IMMEDIATE. You feel a massive shift right away--immediate changes in your physical body, thoughts and behaviors during the session. INCREMENTAL. you experience consistent shifts every day or over time. RETROACTIVE. You don't see or feel the shifts right away, and then one day you suddenly become aware of all the things that are different in your life.
WHAT IF I NEED OR WANT ANOTHER SESSION?
RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life from one session. Listening to your personalized recording at least once a day for 21 days is crucial to creating new pathways in the brain to form new--and famliar--behaviors.
Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a complex issue. No more than a total of three sessions on a given issue are recommended or necessary. Many clients want to work on other problem areas in their life and continue doing sessions for additional support. However, RTT empowers clients to perform their own self-healing once they understand and learn the protocol and apply it to their own life.
